Cancellations, Rescheduling, Deposits and Refunds

Rescheduling or refunds of deposits are covered under the terms of your Booking Agreement and are dependent on the reason and the timing of the cancellation or postponement. There are restrictions based upon how soon before the appointment date that a cancellation or reschedule occurs. In the case of postponement we always try to work with our client’s needs, however last minute postponements or cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.

If we take your reservation for photography with makeup and hair for a specific date and time, neither of us will accept any other bookings for that date.

Weddings and Event requests for Christiné come in all the time and she must turn down bookings if we already have a shoot for that time, on that date.  We take a deposit to guarantee that if a booking is cancelled that we are at least partially covered for jobs that may have been lost because the time was already booked.

You will need to agree to and sign the Booking Agreement when ordering your session.
