We Guarantee High Quality, Good Shots in All of Our Photoshoots
If there was a technical issue causing us not to get the shots you wanted we can do a re-shoot, however we do not do refunds.
Samples of the Type of Photos you Want and Expect
It is always important to communicate in advance of your shoot date by sending us samples of photos you like. That will help us tremendously in making sure you get the type of photos you want.
Will our photos of you be the best possible photos that you could ever do? We hope so, but we can’t guarantee they will. We regularly meet our clients for the first time the day of the shoot. Invariably a second shoot will be better than the first. We do our best but hindsight is often the best sight.
Retouching is Required to Make Photos Look Their Very Best.
Un-retouched photos are not finished products. Most every photo you see published in magazines and online has been retouched. If you want us to come close to matching retouched photos we will need to retouch your photos. Most of our sessions include a set number of retouched images.
You can’t judge the finished photos by looking at the proofs. All your images will have basic culling, cropping and contrast and color control but they are not retouched. Retouching is almost always necessary to make everyone look their best and to apply special effects.
Just Like the Celebrities
Just Google celebrity retouches… and see “before and after retouching” of your favorite celebs. We will get great shots for sure, and with retouching we can eliminate most any problems areas and make them amazing! Just like the celebrities do.
You Will Get More Shots Than Promised
We normally will include many more shots than the number of good photos we guarantee in our different sessions. We will sometimes include great shots that may have minor technical issues that do not or will not affect the esthetics and basic image quality under normal view conditions. Sometimes a shot may have a very slight focus issue that is only noticeable at high magnification if printed as a very large poster print. Rather than delete that image we will include it in the client’s photos. All in all it is a good shot.
No Matter What We Do, the Photos Will Still Be of YOU!
The photos will still be of “you” — and if you don’t like “you”… there is not much we can do about that….and once again, “You can please some of the people all of the time, all the people some of the time, but you can’t please all the people all the time!” …but we will try.
We are skilled and talented and have been doing this for a long time. Our aesthetics and technical capabilities must be considered to be excellent… if you have chosen our work over the hundreds of other “photographers” available you must like our presentation and the images we create. We did every image on our site, and have done hundreds of other wonderful photoshoots that are not represented on the site.
